With the free text message service of Helen Electricity Network, our customers can receive alerts about power cuts affecting their own place of electricity use. The service is free of charge to customers.

You can also arrange reconnections of electricity that has been disconnected due to unpaid electricity bills. Please note that we are unable to deal with contract-related issues in the billing advice telephone service.
