Change of Connection Line
All modification works in the electricity network are ordered via the online service. A change of the connection line refers, for example, to converting an overhead line to an underground cable or replacing a cable.
Ordering
Excavation work on the property is the responsibility of the customer. Modification work carried out on the street area is, in principle, the responsibility of Helen Electricity Network.
Modification work for the connection line is ordered via the order form. Fill in the information carefully to facilitate processing. Please note that if the main fuse is being upgraded at the same time, order the work as a complete main fuse change.
