Did you complete a real estate transaction? With the change of ownership of the connection agreement, the ownership of the electricity connection is transferred to the new property owner. Electricity connection refers to the connection between the property’s electrical installations and the electricity distribution network.

The change of ownership of the connection agreement is free of charge. If you are making changes to the electricity contract instead of the electricity connection, please contact the electricity supplier.

Use the button below to submit a change of ownership notification. A connection can cover several apartments and owners. In properties with several apartments, the owner of the connection is usually the housing company, and the representative of the housing company is responsible for the change of ownership of the agreement. If the property does not have a housing company, please also indicate any other owners of the connection when changing owners.

Confirm that you are the owner of the connection with an electronic signature. You will also be sent an email with a username and password to log in to our service. Once we have processed your notification, you can print out a new connection agreement from our service. If there is something unclear in the transfer of the connection, please submit the deed of sale upon our request.
