How to start using the Oma Sähköverkko service as a housing company or in the role of housing management

1. Welcome to use Oma Sähköverkko!

To register and identify yourself in the service when you use it for the first time, you need the following:
•    your personal online bank credentials
•    your email address, and
•    your customer number and delivery site ID, which you can find on Helen Electricity Network’s invoice.

2. Add contract or delivery site information

After registering, you can add company or housing company information by clicking the link below or navigating in Oma Sähköverkko to Contracts > Import missing contract or delivery site information > Import contract and delivery site information. To add information, you need the customer number and delivery site ID, which can be found on Helen Electricity Network’s invoice.

3. Oma Sähköverkko is ready to use!

1.  All of Helen Group’s digital services work conveniently with the same credentials, so you can log in to the Oma Sähköverkko service with your online banking credentials or your existing Oma Helen or Yritys Helen password.
